Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
Participate in depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate with legal teams and clients on litigation strategy and execution
Manage deadlines and maintain detailed case records
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business litigation
Demonstrated experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Ability to manage complex caseloads and court filings
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications
Admission to the Delaware State Bar, or eligibility and willingness to obtain admission promptly
Skills
Deep knowledge of Delaware corporate law and Chancery Court procedure
