Location

Duties

• Represent clients in complex business litigation matters

• Handle cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including corporate governance and fiduciary duty disputes

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

• Participate in depositions, court hearings, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with legal teams and clients on litigation strategy and execution

• Manage deadlines and maintain detailed case records

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business litigation

• Demonstrated experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities

• Ability to manage complex caseloads and court filings

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Delaware State Bar, or eligibility and willingness to obtain admission promptly
