A law firm seeks a Foreclosure Attorney in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality legal services in the foreclosure sector. This role involves collaboration with a team of legal professionals to manage and resolve complex legal matters efficiently.

Duties

• Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney.
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants.
• Shadow senior attorneys for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales.
• Assist in preparation for legal appearances.
• Collaborate with state team members.
• Participate actively in weekly state meetings.
• Engage in one-on-one weekly meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements

• J.D., licensed in Pennsylvania and in good standing in all jurisdictions.
• Ability to work in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
