A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their practice in North Wales, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience in creditor rights, litigation, and municipal law, and will be comfortable managing matters independently while collaborating with a team.

Duties

• Handle creditor rights matters, including collections, foreclosures, and bankruptcies.
• Represent clients in state and/or federal court litigation from inception through resolution.
• Advise and represent municipal clients on compliance, governance, and enforcement issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant state (or ability to waive in).
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably including creditor rights and litigation.
• Experience with municipal law or public-sector representation strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant state.
