The candidate' must have at least 1 year experience in Real Estate matters to join our dynamic Finance & Real Estate team in office. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate with an entrepreneurial spirit seeking a positive career trajectory, business development experience, enhance professional development skills, significant responsibility on complex matters, and a chance to work closely with industry-leading partners on all levels of direct client interaction. Job Requirements: should have experience in drafting commercial real estate, acquisition, leasing and financing documents, and handling title, survey, entity and other real estate diligence matters. Additional experience in commercial lending and banking transactions, including commercial real estate loans, asset-based loans, or other secured credit facilities of varying types is a plus. Experience in affordable housing, low-income housing tax credits, or historic tax credits is also preferred but not required.
