Duties

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Lead financing transactions for borrower and lender clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility for admission.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead complex financing transactions.
