Associate - Real Estate
The candidate would work with our regional and national clients as a member of the Real Estate practice team; 4 years of experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions including drafting and negotiation of substantive purchase agreements, leases (office, retail, and industrial), financing documents (borrowers and lenders), joint development agreements, construction contracts, and other core real estate transaction documents. Should have experience managing multi-site acquisitions and divestitures, including coordination of diligence and closing preparation; experience in handling nationwide commercial leasing programs (landlord or tenant); experience in preparing legal opinions; effective and detail-oriented writing and oral communication skills; ability to work quickly and independently with a fast-paced workload while contributing to cross-office and cross-functional teams; professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative cross-office team environment. Should have admission to practice law in the State of Ohio.
