A prominent law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will work with a collaborative and experienced team on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a sophisticated real estate practice serving a broad range of clients across multiple sectors.

Location

Duties

• Draft and negotiate documents related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of commercial real estate

• Handle commercial office leasing transactions for both landlords and tenants

• Assist clients with due diligence reviews and title/survey analysis

• Collaborate with team members on complex real estate deals

• Conduct legal research and advise clients on real estate law and related compliance issues

• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in real estate transactions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law

• Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, commercial financings, and leasing

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality legal services

• Experience working in a law firm setting preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar (or eligibility for admission required)
