Job Overview
A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join its corporate practice group in Salt Lake City, UT. The ideal candidate will possess three to four years of experience in areas such as general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities act reporting, capital markets, fund formation, and debt finance.

• Duties
• Prepare stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Draft private placement memoranda.
• Handle SEC reporting and registrations.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Requirements
• Three to four years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a large law firm's corporate/business/securities group.
• Membership in the Utah Bar or willingness to take the Utah Bar.
• Membership in the Bar of another U.S. state if not currently in Utah.

• Excellent academic credentials.
