The candidate work for 4 articles per month. Topics will include: probate law, estate planning law, and family law mediation. Candidates will be diligent, timely, and a dependable legal writer who is looking to earn extra income. The writer will work as an independent contractor and invoice firm for all articles on a monthly basis. The independent contractor will receive a Form 1099 at the end of each calendar year. Legal topics to include family law, probate law, estate planning, Wills & Trusts. The writer will have flexibility to pick topics. All submissions will be reviewed by an attorney at the firm.
