Duties

• Interpret federal and state statutes, regulations, and case law for mass tort matters.
• Evaluate causation, liability, and damages using scientific and regulatory records.
• Communicate and negotiate with defense counsel on procedural and discovery issues.
• Lead and participate in meet-and-confer sessions for case management.
• Review and analyze documents and discovery materials from defendants.
• Draft discovery requests and prepare materials for depositions and hearings.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Assist in mediation and settlement preparation and participate in strategy meetings.
• Coordinate scheduling for hearings and conferences.

Requirements

• Admitted to a state bar and in good standing.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in product liability, consumer protection, or complex litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State bar admission required.
