Duties

• Collaborate with legal teams to represent consumer classes in litigation.
• Draft comprehensive legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case development.
• Provide input on litigation strategies and claim assessments.
• Prepare appellate briefs.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years' experience in a law firm, with preference for big-law experience.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft well-written documents independently.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for in-depth case analysis.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong legal writing and research abilities.
• Experience with a Law Review or Journal is advantageous.
• Appellate writing experience is highly desirable.
• A background in journalism or related fields is a plus.
