A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in executing legal strategies, taking depositions, and participating in trials and arbitrations. Previous law firm experience and client advocacy are essential.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the litigation process.
• Participate in strategy discussions and case planning.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the Colorado bar.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience.
• Ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and productively.
