• Conduct depositions and court appearances with thorough preparation and confidence.
• Review title documents, foreclosure files, and respond to lender inquiries.
• Provide strategic analysis and budgeting within 24 hours of file intake.
• Support staff with legal guidance in a collaborative and approachable manner.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage-related litigation or other civil litigation.
• Strong legal writing and research skills (WestLaw/LexisNexis proficiency required).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently both remotely and in-office.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
