Duties

• Design estate and asset protection strategies for clients.
• Act as the primary attorney contact for plan customization and implementation.
• Supervise and coordinate planning, application, and administration functions.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to meet deadlines.
• Respond to client and team inquiries promptly.
• Assess prospective clients' needs and determine next steps.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Virginia State Bar admission; Maryland and District Bar admission a plus.
• 2-4 years' experience in estate planning and/or elder law.
• Positive attitude and clear, compassionate communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
