Duties

• Represent individuals, families, and business owners in creating tailored estate plans.
• Handle wealth preservation, trust and estate administration, real estate issues, and marital agreements.
• Represent beneficiaries, executors, and trustees in estate and trust disputes.
• Collaborate with the fiduciary litigation team in defending and prosecuting claims.

Requirements

• Admission to the Virginia bar (required).
• 7-12 years of experience in trusts and estates planning and/or estate litigation preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in building a long-term practice in trusts and estates law.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Virginia bar.
