The ideal candidate will join a dedicated Fiduciary Litigation Team within the Estate Administration Department, focusing on complex litigation involving Trusts, Estates, Guardianships, and Powers of Attorney. This role offers significant independence and client interaction, supported by a strong team environment.

Duties

• Interact with clients daily and design case strategies.
• Handle a caseload with significant independence.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Engage in complex fiduciary litigation.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Experience in civil litigation or administration of trusts and estates preferred.
• DC and/or Maryland licenses are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar License.

Skills
