Duties

• Draft and negotiate contracts related to technology transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service.
• Engage in relationship-building and in-person collaboration.

Requirements

• Up to one year of experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Work experience in technology, social media/ecommerce, consulting, financial services, or life sciences is a plus.
• Admission to the Minnesota or Illinois bar, eligibility to waive in, or commitment to obtain admission promptly after hire.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school or current 3L expected to graduate this academic year.

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota or Illinois bar.
