Duties: The candidate will determine the method of procurement to develop contract milestones, acquisition plan, and/or type of contract for procurement. Perform post-award functions such as monitoring contractor performance, negotiating Delivery Orders (DO), extensions of delivery schedules, price adjustments, modifications to the contract or contract closeout for the administration of contracts. Conduct pre-solicitation/pre-proposal conferences and/or processes protests in compliance with regulatory processes. Formulate the negotiation strategy to detail the terms, conditions and/or pricing of the contract.
