Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Review and Analytics Associate for a remote position based in Chantilly, VA. This role involves supervising review attorneys in complex litigation document reviews and providing strategic legal advice in eDiscovery and information governance.

Duties

• Assist in data collection strategy and manage complex document reviews using online tools.
• Supervise and provide feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness of work product.
• Identify key protocols and train attorneys on project guidelines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and advisors to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle.
• Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders, including co-counsel and vendors.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, California, or DC.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing document review and supervision of attorneys.
• Understanding of case law and legal developments in eDiscovery.
• Experience leading privilege reviews and managing privilege logs.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in specified states.

Skills

• Advanced eDiscovery skills and technical proficiency in Relativity.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage deadlines.
