Duties:

• Manage a variety of litigation cases, including general liability, product liability, construction defect, and civil litigation.
• Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
• Demonstrate a process-oriented approach to meet deadlines effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
• Provide exceptional legal services and strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
• Experience with a wide range of litigation matters, including general liability, product liability, and construction defect.
• Proven ability to handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting written discovery and taking depositions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar License in the state of Colorado (required).
