Duties

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in local, state, and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.

• Manage cases from inception through trial, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and resolve disputes.

• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Provide legal counsel to clients on a range of commercial litigation matters.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on commercial matters.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Excellent writing, analytical, and research skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex cases and multitask effectively.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team of attorneys.

• Active bar license in Colorado is preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing (Colorado preferred).

Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in commercial litigation, including trial and appellate experience.

• Strong organizational and case management skills.
