A law firm seeks an IP Litigation Resource Attorney in San Diego. This role focuses on supporting practicing attorneys by enhancing their efficiency and success. The attorney will not work directly with clients and will not bill time.

Duties

• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments relevant to IP litigation.
• Develop topics and assist in preparing client alerts, white papers, and blog posts.
• Create and maintain practice resources to enhance knowledge exchange.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and related materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate market trends and business development opportunities.
• Work with Professional Development to enhance skills training.
• Coordinate with Information Services to develop technology solutions.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Experience in trade secret litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
