Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a plaintiff's personal injury practice. This position offers significant responsibility and ownership over client matters, with opportunities to support a busy litigation practice. The successful candidate will work alongside a team on complex legal issues and gain valuable experience attending client meetings, depositions, and mediations.

Duties:
- Assist with research, writing, and case preparation for a plaintiff’s personal injury practice.
- Attend and assist in client meetings, depositions, and mediations.
- Handle legal research, drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to manage and resolve complex legal matters.
- Take on substantial responsibility and ownership over client cases.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission to the Minnesota bar (based on MBE or UBE score from another jurisdiction).
- Candidates must be in good standing with the bar in any state where they are licensed to practice law.
- Experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Minnesota bar or eligibility for admission based on MBE/UBE score.
Skills:
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes is a plus.
