A law firm is seeking a Business Attorney for its office located in Laconia, NH. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on commercial and/or residential Real Estate being advantageous. The candidate must exhibit exceptional organizational skills, be capable of independent work, and demonstrate strong written and oral communication abilities.

Job Overview:

The Business Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to clients on various business-related matters, focusing on Real Estate transactions. This role requires a keen attention to detail, the ability to handle complex legal issues, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on business transactions, contracts, and Real Estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting business and Real Estate law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of New Hampshire or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• 3-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on business and Real Estate law.
• Strong understanding of contract law, property law, and other relevant legal principles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of New Hampshire or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
