Job Overview

A law firm seeks a senior-level associate or counsel with expertise in structured finance and securitization for its Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience, particularly in lender-side private trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance, and trade receivables monetization.

Duties

• Represent banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions.
• Handle trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets.
• Engage in cross-border financings and off-balance sheet structuring.
• Draft and negotiate intercreditor arrangements and trade credit insurance.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in structured finance and securitization.
• Experience with cross-border transactions and off-balance sheet structuring preferred.
• U.S. qualified lawyer practicing from the U.S.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the United States.

Skills

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
