Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, managing a growing caseload.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Advise clients on legal matters, offering counsel and strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies.
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in personal injury law.
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation (preferred).
• Admission to the Bar in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Virginia.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Virginia.
