Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Recommend improvements to practice managers.
• Track performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of family law experience for remote roles; 2+ years for hybrid roles.
• Valid Texas bar license for at least two years.
• Solid research and writing skills.
• Passion for courtroom proceedings, mediations, and consultations.
• Energetic, motivated, and highly organized.
• Knowledge of TxDoc, Clio, or similar software, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Reliable, hard-wired internet connectivity.
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
