Public Company/Capital Markets Attorney

The candidate must have experience representing public companies in SEC compliance, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. Public company M&A experience on either buy side or sell side, as well as experience with de-SPACing transactions is a plus. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of experience and a portable book of business. We are also open to hearing from candidates with 9-12 years of experience and smaller books of business who, in addition to the experience noted above, would also be able to assist with other general corporate work, general private placements, venture capital financings, and strategic M&A transactions that originate from our Corporate department. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, project management, and writing skills are required. J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School are required. Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required.
