Location:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from initial client communication to settlement or trial.
• Handle case preparation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to case strategy and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage cases independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and be a self-starter.
• Task-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills:

• Strong litigation experience in personal injury cases.
• Proficient in legal writing, including drafting motions, pleadings, and settlement documents.
• Knowledge of the Needles case management system is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
