Duties
- Lead and manage IP litigation cases, focusing on trademark, patent, and ITC matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the IP practice group.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IP litigation.
- Proven track record in trademark, patent, or ITC litigation.
- Ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
- Portable book of business is strongly preferred.
Education
- JD from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active bar license in good standing.
