We are a small and busy law firm dedicated to defending motorists charged with moving violations in New York for over 30 years.

Most of our cases are adjudicated at the Traffic Violation Bureaus. In this court, every case goes to trial - plea bargaining is not allowed. Therefore, you will be cross examining the issuing police officer and arguing for dismissals before Administrative Law judges every day. We also go to Criminal Court for traffic related misdemeanors.

There will be lots of direct client contact. You must love helping people. Everyone gets tickets and our client base is as diverse as NYC itself. The stakes are extremely high for many of our clients. You will be thoroughly trained in all aspects of the adjudication process. At our small firm you will be given a large degree of autonomy over your caseload, as well as being challenged with responsibility in important areas of the company, even at the beginning of your career.

The job is fast paced, challenging and often rewarding. You will work 45-50 hours a week. But when you are done, you will not take the job home with you.
