The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal representation in medical malpractice defense cases. Duties:

• Defend clients in medical malpractice cases through all stages of litigation.
• Conduct thorough case evaluations, legal research, and analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, expert witnesses, and other legal experts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Stay updated on medical advancements and relevant legal precedents.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license, in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in medical malpractice defense.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
