Duties

• Advise clients on corporate governance matters.

Requirements

• Membership in the Oregon State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
• California or Washington State Bar license is a plus.
• Experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in Oregon or eligibility for reciprocity.
