A law firm seeks an entry-level associate with one to three years of experience to join its bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and litigation practice teams in Portland, Oregon. Duties

• Represent creditors in state and federal court proceedings involving commercial loans.
• Engage in loan workouts and commercial bankruptcy cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members on pending cases and client needs.

Requirements

• Membership in the Oregon State Bar Association.
• Experience in state or federal judicial clerkship is a plus.
• Membership in the Washington and California State Bar is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Oregon State Bar Association.
