Duties

• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout Georgia.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association.
• 1-3 years of experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally for court appearances.
• Successful completion of a background review process.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.
