A well-established national law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its growing corporate group in Greenville, South Carolina. Location:

• Greenville, South Carolina

Duties:

• Handle a variety of corporate and transactional legal matters

• Support business clients with entity formation, contract negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents and agreements

• Advise clients on day-to-day corporate governance and compliance issues

• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals across practice groups

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate or transactional legal work

• Experience in a law firm setting preferred

• Strong interest in developing a broad-based corporate practice

• Commitment to high-quality legal work and client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Solid academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, or eligibility and willingness to sit for the South Carolina Bar

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Excellent analytical and legal research skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Proficient in legal drafting and transaction management
