The ideal candidate will focus on complex commercial disputes and healthcare-related litigation. Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation cases with a focus on healthcare-related matters.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial and/or healthcare-related matters.
• Prior experience in complex commercial litigation or healthcare controversies is highly preferred.
• Licensed to practice in New York State.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
