Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation proceedings, including trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
• Attend client meetings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, regulations, and judicial decisions relevant to litigation cases.
• Assist with case management, including document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Maintain and organize case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the District of Columbia Bar or eligibility for immediate admission.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the District of Columbia Bar or eligibility for immediate admission.
