Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• 3-7 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in complex transactional assignments.
