The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in litigation and a keen interest in developing a career in the construction industry. The role involves handling construction litigation matters, including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes. The successful candidate should possess strong academic credentials, a diligent work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills. Additionally, the ability to establish robust client and peer relationships is essential.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients and peers to develop case strategies.
• Provide legal counsel on construction-related matters.
• Join the Construction group within the law firm.
• Handle construction litigation matters, including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Interest in building a career in the construction industry.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
