Duties

• Handle a diverse caseload of business immigration matters.
• Manage case files and ensure timely processing of applications.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on immigration processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of two years practicing employment-based immigration law.
• Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Proficiency in proofreading, editing, and time management.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.
