A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Associate to join the Global Corporate practice group in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities offerings, and general corporate matters. This role requires hands-on drafting and negotiating experience for complex transactions and the ability to manage key aspects of deals from due diligence through closing.

Duties

• Represent public and private clients in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex investment agreements.
• Serve as a key member of deal teams for middle market transactions.
• Produce acquisition and equity documents in a client-ready format.
• Manage transactions from due diligence through closing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Active member of the Pennsylvania bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions.
