A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney in Yakima, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and the ability to manage cases independently while contributing to complex litigation matters.

Duties

• Manage a full caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials.
• Develop case strategy and provide legal analysis and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington State.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated courtroom and deposition experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cases efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
