Duties

• Independently manage all aspects of employment litigation for corporate clients.

• Handle budgeting and case management tasks.

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on various employment issues.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of substantive employment law experience.
• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Experience supervising junior attorneys is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
