Vedder Price is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its Labor & Employment Group in the San Francisco office. Candidates must have 4-6 years of solid litigation experience, which includes handling various labor and employment disputes. Candidates are familiar with the basics of working up a case for trial and have experience in writing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing all aspects of discovery. Candidates must be admitted in (and in good standing with) California or are taking steps to become admitted in California.
