A nationally recognized personal injury law firm is seeking a driven and client-focused Associate Attorney to join its Pre-Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a California-barred attorney to advocate for victims of wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic accidents. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload, collaborating across departments, and refining litigation strategy in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Location

• Riverside, CA

Duties

• Manage a significant pre-litigation caseload with the support of case managers and assistants

• Collaborate with various internal teams, including property damage, negotiations, and liens departments

• Conduct client communications and explain legal concepts clearly and effectively

• Participate in and conduct hearings

• Assist with demand preparation and negotiation to achieve favorable settlements

• Learn and implement best practices in the pre-litigation process under experienced supervising attorneys

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Prior experience in personal injury law preferred but not required

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and achieving case results

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership required

• Creative and strategic legal thinker

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus
