Duties

• Oversee and manage administrative legal tasks within the law office to ensure efficient case management
• Litigate cases effectively, managing the full legal process from start to finish
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and legal strategies

Requirements

• Admission to the State Bar Association in California
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on client representation
• Demonstrated understanding of legal procedures, protocols, and case law
• Prior experience in multiple areas of law, including estate planning, environmental law, and immigration

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications
