Duties

• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions; argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions; conduct administrative hearings.

• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to employers.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law.
• Detail-oriented with an excellent work ethic.
• Strong writing, communication, and research skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills

• Experience with single-plaintiff and class action/PAGA litigation.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting hearings.
