The candidate will join insurance defense practice. This position is responsible for a heavy litigation desk supporting multiple attorneys. Prior litigation experience, particularly in auto and personal injury cases is required. The day-to-day work will focus on managing the litigation process for each of your files, including drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery, working with medical records (summaries and chronologies), scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a litigation environment, and a knowledge of Outlook and Aderant Total Office, or other law practice management software program.
