The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with State Attorneys General, handling civil investigative demands, multistate investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters. This role involves significant client interaction and strategic business development within a collaborative practice.

Duties

• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Advise clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation.
• Negotiate resolutions and maintain relationships with State AG offices.
• Engage in strategic business development for the practice group.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience with State Attorneys General.
• Experience in a State Attorney General's office preferred.
• Strong writing skills and a publication record or aptitude for thought leadership.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
